Mary Jo Putney – Christmas Revels

The great thing about anthologies entirely by an author I enjoy is that I know I will like all of the novellas, which is the case with this one. Mary Jo Putney’s collection of Christmas stories shines. The stories were written between 1990 and 2002, but they all hold up well. I laughed, smiled, and ended the book wanting to read more.

Review: Susan May Warren – Wyatt

Wyatt was the hardest of the Montana Marshalls books for me to get through. It’s a roller coaster ride of hockey, fight scenes, anxious hospital rooms, and politics in addition to relationship ups and downs. Mikka was an adorable addition to the cast, and it was nice to get more insight into Gerri and York’s characters. Unfortunately, Wyatt and Coco never really meshed well as a couple for me.

Review: Susan May Warren – Ford

Apparently, Ford was jealous of Knox and Tate getting caught in explosions. Ford decides to blow himself up… for a good cause, of course. This starts the book out with a bang, and the frenetic pace continues through to the end. What else would you expect from a Navy SEAL determined to save his twin sister?

Review: Susan May Warren – Tate

The second Montana Marshalls book picks up right where Knox left off. While Tate takes center stage in his struggle to protect Glo, the woman he’s fallen for, the rest of the siblings also have big parts to play. Some questions are answered but new challenges rise to face the family.
